Our production system integrates precision injection, automated plating lines, and strict laboratory quality control to ensure stable and repeatable results.

Step 2: First article and in-process inspections
Before production, we’ll make a first article with full sizes inspection to confirm with customer, and this sample will be sealed by customer as the standard for mass production. While in-process inspections are in the form of each procedure inspections, the machine operators will conduct this inspection before they move to the next procedure.
Step 3: Outgoing Quality Control
After all parts finish, we will conduct final quality control, and this will be done by the inspection experts in the QC room. At Shanghai Elue,our QC members will utilize height gages, microscopes, 2D projectors, micrometers, and CMM to ensure that the products meet shipping specifications and customer requirements. It includes: visual inspection (color, roughness, burrs, scratches) , dimensions, performance testing if any (physical, electrical, mechanical, operational control).And we will release final inspection report before shipping.
