What is Insert Molding
Insert molding is an injection molding process in which the mold is filled with pre-prepared inserts before the molding process takes place, then molten material is joined with the inserts and they together make an integrated product. The insert is usually a simple part, ranging from a plastic handle to an electronic component.

Generally speaking, 25-30days. It depends on how complicated your molds will be.
◆ How can I reduce mold costs?
To some extent, a good mold design is the first step to the project success.Our tooling designer with over 20years experience will give the most appropriate mold design solution and then discuss with customers.
◆ What inudstries use injection molding?
Injection molding widely used in many industries, like medical, water treatment, household products, consumer electronics, electrical tools and auto parts. The material includes PP, PE, POM, PS, PA66, PTFE, PSU, ABS, PA + Fiber Glass,etc.
◆ What is the mold life?
It depends on what mold steel you will choose from, generally speaking, for a mold made from P20, mold life 100,000shots is not a problem.
◆ Q1.Can I change the design a little bit after receiving samples?
it depends on how big is the change, for small ones we can fix easily by welding or removing materials. But if it’s about mold structure, it’ll be hard and we can discuss the details later.
◆ Q2:Can you create molds based on our samples?
Yes, our engineering can make measurements from your samples to make drawings and then confirm with you before moving forward.
◆ Q3: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
Yes sure, it’s a must we have to update you each progress without your visiting.We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
